Crown Court Date Set

Three men from Bishop Auckland and a man from Spennmoor have been charged with conspiracy to steal three motor vehicles and a cash machine; their alleged targets were in various locations in County Durham.

Paul Beal, 29, of St. Cuthberts Way, Carl Thexton, 31, from Aclet Close, and Peter Hauxwell, from Tindale Crescent, appeared in court alongside Mark Dunn, who is from Spennymoor, and entered no plea.

The case was committed to Durham Crown Court, where the men will be tried on Thursday, March 11th.
