St Mary’s Under 11s had an exciting 3-3 draw with Marton F.C. at the weekend.
The Under 14Bs had a magnificent semi-final win over Bedale after going in at half-time 1-0 down. St. Mary’s came back to win 2-1 with goals from Dean Hutchfield and Wayne Whitfield and can now look forward to the
challenge cup final at Middlesbrough’s training ground on May 15th.
The Under 7s had a great 2-1 win against Boro Rangers with goals from Kyle Blacklock and Dylan Nicholson.
Joseph Foster was awarded man-of-the-match. Sonny Richardson was selected as man-ofthe-mathc in the friendly. The Under 8s lost 2-0 against 21st Allstars with Thomas Hindmarch man-of-the-match.
The Under 9As lost 2-1 in a very close semi-final match against Billingham Rangers with Aaron Willoughby scoring and Ben Shaw winning man-of-the-match.
Under 10Bs won 1-0 with Harry Dinsdale scoring and man-of-the-match going to Dylan Rutherford.
The Under 11s drew 3-3 in a very exciting game against Marton FC, with goals from player-of-thematch Emily Scarr and Bailey Prudhoe (2) and Harry Robinson saving a penalty for St. Marys. The Under 12As lost 5-2
against Leven with goals from Josh Reay and Charlie Wigley while the Under 12Bs had a magnificent 9-0 win to stay top over Mount Pleasant.
Goals came from Sam Parnaby (3) Harry Coulthard (2) Ashley Adams (2) Gareth McMahon and Carl Draper while Thomas Hewitt was awarded man-of-the-match. A magnificent performance from all of the team with James Hauxwell pulling some outstanding saves in goal.
The Under 13As had a great 2-0 win away at Stockton Town with goals from Jack Dixon and Jack Pollard with Henry Cooke man-of-the-match.
The Under 13Bs lost at Brompton with James Ingham outstanding but the Under 14As drew 0-0 with Redcar.
The Under 15s had a very exciting 2-2 draw with Cleveland Juniors. The goals were scored by James Lupton and Danny Hardy made the save of the season.
The Under 16As had a great 4-0 win at Saltburn with goals from Lewis Rowell, Sam Dixon (2) and Cameron Wilkinson. Man-of-the-match went to Joe Atkinson.
The Under 16Bs also had a great win over 21st Allstars by 1-0 with a goal from Haydn Lewis.
St Mary’s Angels Under 9s drew 0-0 with Washington. Amber Tait-Hopps was awarded player-of-thematch.
The Under 10 Angels drew 1-1- with Washington.
Taylor Brown scored the only goal while Alex Wardman earned player-of-the-match.
The Under 12s lost against Cestria in the Cup.
The Under 14s had a good 2-1 win over Gilesgate Jaguars.
