Easter weekend saw five Bishop Auckland TTC players compete at the Swerve 2 star.
Adam Hanby carried on his recent good form winning the Cadet Banded event, on his way to the victory he beat two brothers from Yorkshire, one of which is 60 places above him.
In the Junior Banded event, Adam reached the semi- final before going down.
Eleven-year-old Anya Milne also had a good day, reaching two finals. The under 13s saw Anya win her group before beating the England number 5 in the semi-finals and finishing runner-up after a tight final.
The Under 15 Girls round robin saw Anya come second, below top Seed Erin Greensmith, but some prize money made up for the loss.
Ten-year-old Jake Haygarth also had a good day reaching the under 11s final before losing to the England number 3 in the final.
Lee Tinkler and Jamie Collins combined in the mixed doubles and finished 4th, with neither of them getting out of their singles groups.
The club is open to people of all ages and abilities, running weekly coaching sessions and social sessions and is open to anyone.
